Our ‘Full Bottle’ experience starts on Thursday at 7pm and finishes on Sunday at 6pm. We recommend leaving at least 1h travel time to / from airports when you arrange your outbound and inbound flights / travel. We’ll let you know activity details and will help you arranging ground transport if needed. ‘Just a sip’ tours and ‘Custom Label’ bespoke packages do not have fixed dates and timings.
Most of our ‘Full Bottle’ all-inclusive tours start with a Prosecco Masterclass in the Prosecco region (Conegliano Valdobbiadene) close to your accommodation at 7pm on Thursdays and finish at 6pm in Venice on Sundays at the end of our walking tour. For ‘Just a sip’ tours and ‘Custom Label’ proposals you’ll be told each start and end time when you make your booking.
Of course! Feel free to fill out our form and we’ll design a bespoke private experience for you.
Yes, it’s possible for ‘Just a sip’ and ‘Custom Label’ getaways. Please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to include a visit to your favourite bubble lab.
We offer 5% discount if you book for a whole group of 8 people travelling together and an additional 5% for anyone who subscribes to our newsletter.
As soon as you submit your booking inquiry and pay the requested deposit, we will check your details and you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase. 1 month before the departure date you’ll receive another email asking to transfer the remaining amount to secure your booking. At least seven days before your departure, you’ll receive a further communication outlining details of your stay with a full itinerary. Please see our T&Cs section for further info.
Don’t worry, there’s a wide and different range of activities we can organise for you. Just fill the dedicated part of the form when sending us a request for a bespoke package.
Our tours and activities are designed to be quality, boutique experiences so we tend to limit group numbers to 8 people maximum. However, in special and specific cases we can accommodate larger groups offering a different range of activities.
Everyone who is passionate and loves great food and good wines, is curious and willing to learn a bit of the local culture while traveling. We’re sure this corner of Italy will be able to fulfil the expectations of all kind of travellers. If you have any specific conditions or requests, please let us know in advance so we can advise.
Not for ‘Full Bottle’ tours, however able to arrange family tours for express ‘Just a sip’ packages and tailored vacations. Please specify when sending us a booking request and our team will do their best to make our little guests feel at home too.
We would love to offer Prosecco tastings for your pet but we’re afraid that’s not possible at the moment as dogs or other animals are not permitted in most of the premises you’ll be visiting.
We can only offer ground activities and experiences so all our packages exclude flights, trains or other travel options. Of course we’re here to help, so feel free to send us an email asking for the best flight options to visit the region across certain dates.
We strongly recommend all our guests to subscribe a travel insurance covering medical expenses or accidents while abroad so to avoid unpleasant difficulties during and after their stay.
We’re sorry to hear you can no longer come visit us. In that case, please send us an email as soon as possible so we can cancel your reservation and proceed with refunding any outstanding amounts, if applicable. Jump to our T&Cs page to see cancellation terms and charges.
Please let us know by email as soon as possible in case you would like to change your travel dates so we can modify your reservation. Please note there is an administration fee to fulfill in order to change dates. You can find all details about that on our T&Cs section.
Extreme sports and intense activities are generally not included in your holiday package unless specifically required, however there are one or two things you should always bring with you to feel more comfortable during your stay: extra socks, extra shoes, an umbrella and a rainproof coat are a must as weather can quickly change, especially during summer months. Please avoid high heels and wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes while visiting vineyards, wineries and Venice as there’s quite a lot of walking involved. Always bring some cash with you as many wineries, bars, restaurants and shops do not accept cards.
Although we recommend to spend at least one night in the region to make the most of it, we can design a quick but comprehensive day-tour taking you around one of the neighborhoods, being it the Prosecco hills, Treviso, Venice, Trieste or the Dolomites. Feel free to send us a specific request and let us prepare your express getaway.
If you have any other questions not covered by the answers above, drop us an email at email@example.com.
